Consumer and Regulatory Affairs are responsible for the following activities:

• Developing corporate policies in food and nutrition areas;
• Developing and approving packaging and advertising material;
• Monitoring food and related legislation;
• Liaising with regulatory bodies such as Food Standards Australia New Zealand;

CONSUMER INFORMATION CENTRE
Our Consumer Information Centre serves the consumer food divisions of GWF. Our dedicated team offer the following important services:

• A consumer interphase portal;
• A 24 hour phone service providing information about GWF products;
• A central database for easy data management;
• Customised reports;
• Marketing and customer feedback.
